“It's hard to set a rating here, because no one ever showed up for my appointment. I received a return call very quickly when I expressed interest online, and the initial contact was very positive, though the appointment was frustratingly far out in time. I received an email telling me about my upcoming appointment, and then... nothing. On the day of the appointment, there was no staff member visit, no phone call, no voice message, no text message, no email, no apology, no nothing. The service they offer might be great, but as the old saying goes, so much of success is in showing up, and by that standard, this was not successful.”
