“I've used them for a couple of years. Services has gone downhill. You cannot get ahold of them. Also, the last visit, the guy only check 1/3 of the rat traps and said it was all good. I checked them once i got home to find out he didn't look at the other 2. The after having them come back out, he breaks the trap and tells me I must've broke it when I opened it (which I'll have to pay for if i want a new trap). That's the 2nd time they've broken a trap. I'll be canceling services soon. It's overpriced for the amount of services you get. If you have ants in the yard, you have to take time to show them each pile or else they won't treat it. I encourage people to NOT use them and look for other companies. Update: was able to cancel services after sitting on hold for 10 minutes.”

“TERRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT CHOOSE THEM! So many other reputable, professional companies to go for. Please find another company, I’m telling you! They will not show up and if they do, are so lazy and unprofessional and won’t get the job done and then charge you hundreds of dollars for a one time, terrible job! I hired them this summer to come out and spray. They showed up one time to spray and never showed up again. I paid them $185 to spray once. They never showed up again after the one time spray and they are trying to charge me when I had no other appointments with them. They wouldn’t have their guys show up when they said they would and no one would ever reach out to me. Upon the first time spray when signing up for the initial spray, I was signing the necessary documents that they told me I had to sign for them to spray and I asked them if you could cancel at any time after the one time spray, they told me yes I definitely could, but failed to tell me that they would charge 80% for “unpaid services.” I called to cancel and wanted an explanation on why they never showed up and that I had already paid for one service and to cancel my account and now they are sending me a bill for $400. I told them I was unhappy with the service I was provided with for the first time spray and I wanted to go with any other company. I told them they never showed up after the initial spray so I should have to pay for services that I did not receive and that they never even showed up for. I don’t believe customers should pay for unprofessional service and absolutely not have to pay for visits/sprays that they have not received and this was why I told them to close my account. The lady fought with me on the way phone and did not attempt to resolve this issue. This is absolutely unprofessional and they will not even return my call to resolve this matter either. I told them I wanted a refund for them doing a horrible job but I would settle for them just closing my account and they refused and now are threatening to send my $400 bill to collections.”
