“Our technician was wonderful who came out. It was the day before thanksgiving and though he was an hour and some change outside of the window provided to us he was extremely thorough and took his time. The billing department is where I have an issue. They provided me with an inaccurate amount that was then charged to my card for services. I attempted to follow up by calling the following day for clarification and was told I’d receive a call back. I received an email outlining the charges with an invoice, and expressed they assumed I knew about additional charges that was quoted during my initial call. Will happily pay for the services, I just believe it to be good business practice to be provided the accurate total before charging a customer.”
