“Do not get locked into a contract with this company. We have continued to see pests no matter how many times we call them out (3 times within 6 weeks). We're 3 months in and still seeing pests around our house, if not more. We keep our house clean. Always staying on top of maintenance. They cancel appointments on us without notice, they have poor communication with techs being confused why they've been called to the house or telling us the other tech was wrong about something, they've damaged our house by being clumsy (broke attic door, which isn't a big repair but it just adds to the poor service), and they can't get rid of our pests. I don't like wasting time with negative reviews but I would recommend a different pest company. We have to pay a $175 fee just to cancel. We're going to try out all-safe pest. Their prices are much better already. We didn't get what we paid for with Stampede so fingers crossed with this next one.”
