“We have used Sundance for the past year and they have been consistently above my expectations for a "bug guy". First of all, they are excellent at communicating. Their office person is on the ball. We get a reminder the day before, a call before coming over, and an emailed statement and receipt after the visit. I have needed to reschedule or change my service (indoor/outdoor or just outdoor) and each time I reach out she is friendly and easy to work with. The folks that come out are thorough and friendly too. For a while I'm pretty sure it was a 1 man show, but lately I have gotten a couple of other folks and they are equally good. Sometimes you see a decline in service as a company grows. I have not seen that here. Their prices are reasonable (that's why I hired them to begin with) and they are reliable and do good work. Overall, I have no complaints after using them for about a year.”
