“I contacted Thorn with a pigeon problem on my roof; they recommended installing mesh in our eaves to abate them for $925. The pigeons broke through them within a few days. Thorn came back to fix it but the pigeons kept breaking them. Kirk kept telling me the pigeons would eventually move on to another location but they never did. I've tried for over a month to get them back over here since we now have a flock living on our roof making a huge mess, and haven't heard back from anyone. Terrible product and even worse service.”

“This place is a scam at best. I have received service from them through my apartment/landlord due to some special contract the 2 have together. 1. 1st technician came and had no problems until we got a letter on our door claiming our apartment was "too unsanitary" for the technician to complete his job, even though he completed it? 2. 2nd treatment - Had to call multiple times to get this set up as my apartment told me "thorn never reached back out to them" to make my follow up. the technician was friendly and had no issues here once they finally came out. 3. once again i was told thorn never reached back out to them to make a follow up (are we noticing a pattern yet?), so i had to call about this. i had the appointment for a 3rd treatment and the technician NEVER CAME. I was home ALL DAY and NO ONE showed up. the invoice says they were here for over an hour. i never left my house. so unless i suddenly lost all my senses for an hour, there was no one in my house. so now i get an invoice for something I never even received. not to mention it's a crucial step in the pest treatment i am now missing. (sounding like a scam yet?) now, i might have to get more treatments since we're missing the integral liquid treatment altogether don't you think? weird... They say the tech grabbed keys in the office and it corresponds with the time on the invoice - well he did not grab MY apartment key because no one was in my home the entire day but me. my apartment is telling me i still have to pay the invoice. this is actually beyond ridiculous. stay away from this place. edited to add: as if to prove me right, after reaching out, they are STILL making me pay for the service i NEVER received!! (can't get over how scummy and scammy this feels!) they have someone coming out to do it again in a week or so... i hope they come to the right apartment this time!”
