“We’ve been using the service for a year or so now. I always get notification a few days before someone will be by and the tech will text me to let me know prior to arriving as well. All the techs have been nice to talk to and when they don’t have an answer to a question for me, they will research or look into it and get back to me. We had found a few dirt mounds in our grass near fence line and didn’t know what from. I showed the tech and while showing him an insect with a metallic green head peaked out. Neither of us knew what it was but he told me he would find out and let me know and he did. We had sweat bee nests. Apparently pretty harmless but they got there name because they like the taste of sweat. The service seems to be working well on pest control and I really like that the products they use are safe.”

“Tyler came to the front door to tell us he was here. He took the time to explain that the product he was applying was pet friendly. He described the things would be doing, then he got to work. I noticed that when he sprayed while on my patio and front porch, both of which have windows, he respected our privacy and did not glance through the windows. That was a nice touch that I have not seen before. Tyler, I hope they send you back to my house the next time I need service! Thanks!”
