“I have done business with them for about 6 years with an annual service plan that covered quarterly pest control and servicing my underhouse dehumidifier. Several weeks ago my HVAC system and ductwork was checked. They reported that my dehumidifier pump wasn't functioning properly. Since Lookout supposedly checked it within two weeks prior. I contacted Lookout who said a technician would call me to confirm whether or not the pump was faulty. No one called. I called a second time a the representative made an appointment for the upcoming Wednesday from 9-12. No one showed. I called late that afternoon to report that the technician was a no show. The representative replied she didn't have me down for an appointment. She said a technician would call me. No one called. I found a local plumbing service to check the demidifier unit. He reported that the unit was not functing because it was filled with the gunk that accumulates in untreated water. I had to pay to have a new pump and all that goes with prevention of untreated water. I called thesame day and cancelled my service. I'm an 82 year old woman who can't crawl under the crawl space to check my dehumidifier. I must rely on a business doing what they are contracted to do. I would be cautious regarding this company's service.”

“Can not get ahold of them. Every time you call the call either drops or can not here them. Since Lookout took over the quality of service has gone down. Manager Ricky call in evening and explained that their systems went down. I express concerns and he told me to contact him directly in the he future if there is any other problems. Thanks. I will alter review as service issue progress .”
