“I've been a customer for several years and have always appreciated the services this company provides, however my most recent interaction was disappointing. Weeks after having my home treated, I continued to see bugs. I asked if someone could come out to retreat and was told there would be a fee associated with the visit. When I pushed back, I was told someone would come out and respray the yard. I appreciate the effort, but I'm still seeing bugs inside and at the very least a retreatment inside the home should have been offered. I will be using another company for future services. I would also suggest the woman answering the phone listen to customer messages prior to returning customer calls. It's frustrating to leave a message, only to be called back and have to explain everything I just stated in a message. This happened to me on multiple occasions.”
