“I will start by saying we had EcoElite in 2017 at our old home and they were wonderful. We hired them to do the same service at our new house after they merged with Mathis and we have had nothing but problems since day 1. With charging us and not calling us for service (us having to call them,) calling to reschedule, not showing up multiple times, and finally showing up, but staying only 5 minutes. This company proves time and time again they are terrible. I finally called last week to cancel the account after all the issues I had, and low and behold, the new “customer care” agent called me back. Of course she wanted to keep our business and once again reassured me I’d have someone out to my home today between 4-6pm for our last service. Yet again, no one showed up. Besides contacting the attorney general, I’m not sure what else to do. I have a balance of $42.08 and they claim they can’t refund me, but won’t show up for the service to pay it. Stay FAR AWAY! Update: No one showed up again at my service time (even though the automated voicemail the day prior said they'd be out between 4-6pm.) Not one phone call from any managers as stated by their "owner" or whomever replies to these reviews.”

“I was completely clear with them that I would need to return home with my child at 5pm. They wrote it in the work order. On the day of service, I had vacated the house per their request (not easy in a pandemic) and noticed that nobody was coming. I spent 20 min on hold and was sent to an answering service. Then I got a call back and the person I spoke with told me they woudl come in late afternoon. I told them that does not work, and that it should be in the work order. She could not contact their staff, so said she would do so and email me. 3 hours, no email. I call again, the guy I spoke with had no idea what was going on. He tells me they will be there around 4-6. so I spent most of my day trying to do their job for them, and in the end, after waiting a week, I was NOT able to get my home treated. And of course, they preemptively charged me for a service not performed. Unprofessional, disorganized, avoid at all costs.”
