“I called and talked to Ken regarding a yellow jacket or wasp problem I was having in my home. Ken took to the time to explain to me that given the time of year (December), that the reason these invaders were coming inside is because there nest was dying off and it would be wasting my money to have him come out and treat for them. I appreciate his honesty. Another pest control wanted to charge me 400 dollars to come out and dust and told me I would need to have them come out monthly for treatments at an additional nail 40 dollars a month. I will be having Ken come out this spring to treat my house and plan on using him for all my pest control needs in the future”

Not only was Ken informative and polite on the phone, but he showed up to the inspection during the day & time they arranged for the inspection. We even received a follow-up email & text message prior to inspection. We were astounded by the professionalism of Mr. Bernock. He gave us some great pointers on an issue we didn't even have him coming out to assess. Ken even waived the inspection fee for the church! Before that the price was AMAZINGLY reasonable and inexpensive. We have a large facility and were thankful for the time and thoroughness of the inspection we were give by Mr. Bernock.
