“If I could leave a zero star I would. This company came knocking at my door. When I did not answer they persisted to knock two more times so I finally came to the door. I was supposed to be on bed rest as I was getting more sick due to my pregnancy at the time. When I said we could not afford the services they then said they would pay. Not realizing what I agreed to as it was hot out I was hurting and it was a quiet video, I agreed to an 18month contract I had already previously stated we couldn’t afford, I should have listened better yes. They have now continued to call me refusing to let me out of my contract after just the ONE service they paid for. Despite me explaining I have a new baby soon to receive heart surgery and we can’t afford this new contract they said they will only lower our cost to $124 but will not cancel it for free. I feel taken advantage of by the salesman and him telling me everything BUT the 18month contract and using a tablet damn near on mute to have me agree. This company is as bad as what they offer to kill.”

Laid down new glue traps in addition to our service, looked at one of the spiders on an old trap and educated me- I learned it was a complete different type of spider than I thought we had, and he even fixed a loose door handle he noticed, because he had something on his utility belt to tighten it! Truly above and beyond. He was informative, helpful, kind, and completed the service promptly. We’ve seen less of the critters we moved into our home with. I appreciate this level of expertise.”
