They would not delete my card after I would call in my payment, then proceed to charge it if I was a couple days late! If you like getting ripped off, go with these morons! Plus save yourself some money and do it yourself! It's easy and WAY CHEAPER!!”

“Service Performed at Wrong Address but Still Charged: While we were notified of the ETA of our serviceman, he never arrived (we assumed because the weather had precluded him from contact), I texted him to ask if he could come to treat the ants inside our house. I was then informed that my service was completed at another address down the street (evidently due to a Google error) and our serviceman indicated this had occurred on multiple occasions per the notes in the file. At $150/treatment, this is unacceptable! Please immediately determine how many treatments we paid for at someone else's house and provide a refund accordingly. Our house is clearly marked as 172, but Google is somehow more reliable than looking for the correct number on the house, or calling to confirm, even after speaking with us shortly before arrival! Because I was told this had been done before, the serviceman noted our account for future reference, but did not have the authority to refund the services erroneously provided elsewhere. We expect a full refund accordingly at your soonest opportunity, and if not fully satisfied that your records now reflect the errors and refunds offered, will cancel our service and seek legal options if necessary. We've been a loyal customer for years and now have no trust in your performance or service unless a personal contact is made. When telephone contact would occur, we would notify them if we were not at home, so there should be a note in our file of all communication. Inasmuch as my health has precluded me from leaving our home, I have been working from my home for quite some time, and my husband has been home as well. If personal contact with us face to face is not in the notes, and advanced notice that we were not at home included, it should be assumed to be an error in receiving the service at our home, and a refund should be provided. As of this writing, we have had no treatment, althout everyone knows we already paid for it, despite asking the serviceman to return to treat our ant proble....Maybe because no one has come for months?”
