“Steven Smith from Environmental Pest Management came today to inspect my apartment. It is honestly the first time my apartment has actually been inspected. Normally they only send somebody when there is an active problem with roaches. I have lived here for three years, and there was a really serious roach infestation that became so bad it necessitated me living in a hotel for six months before the problem was somewhat controlled. They had to drill holes in my walls and inject chemicals. Even with that, and heat treatment, the problem took a long time to be resolved. There were, I believe, four different kinds of roaches. They were in every room and closet; I would wake in the night with one on me, or they would run across my keyboard. I was living a nightmare. Steven was very professional and not hurried. Although I do not have an active problem, I am reassured and feel good about my situation. Should I have any resurgence of the problem, with employees like Steven, it would be treated professionally and properly. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the leasing company from which I lease my apartment. I hope we have turned a corner now, and with Steven's inspection, I can relax a little. I would like to commend Steven on his professionalism, courtesy, and genuine concern. Whatever they pay him, it is not enough!”
