“As first time home buyers looking to make our space feel like home, a mice infestation was the last thing we wanted on our hands. After two weeks into our new home, we noticed mice droppings in the kitchen as well as some gnawed-on hamburger buns. “We had Eddie from Jenkins Pest Control come out to assess our attic for for suspected mice. From the first call back from him we felt we were in reliable and knowledgeable hands. The thing that’s so wonderful about Eddie right off the bat is his genuine and friendly demeanor. During the call we made arrangements for him to come out a couple days later. The day of the appointment he called to let us know when he was on the way and he showed up promptly. He introduced himself, again making a great impression with his warm personality, and got right to work confidently evaluating the situation. He was very down to earth and resourceful, and gave his opinion to us straight: we have a pretty high-level mouse infestation in our attic.
