“I had an attic clean up after a raccoon got in. I have been trying to get in touch with you to clear this matter up. The phone number doesn’t go through (voicemail full). It is always like this and now I am getting no response via email. Please give me a number or a way to contact you that actually works. I have made several attempts to contact and was told on 09/04/2020 that a tech contracted COVID but have not been notified as to when I can get assistance. I will be on file. Hopefully I will get some help since you answered here five days ago but won’t answer my emails.”
