“I had an encounter with Patrick Gunnels today that totally changed my perspective on him as a person. An individual shouldn't treat someone as if they're less of a human being than anyone else. Especially to laugh at them or toward them during an upsetting situation. I live in an apartment complex where Patrick Gunnels sprays. He came into my apartment a while back and broke a glass vase I had during his spraying. Today, September 27, 2023, I left my home around 6:45 AM for work (I was on back up this morning) so I got back home around 9:41 AM, and pest control had already come into my apartment! I had my best friend on the phone with me while I walked up the stairs. Mind you, this morning before I left, my best friend was with me. I took her home before work, and she WITNESSED me lock my door before leaving the complex. I ALWAYS turn my door knob first out of habit because it has been left unlocked by them before. Well, upon trying to put my hand on the door to unlock it, it was unlocked. I went up to the office and talked to them. I tried calling my friend while I was in there, but I didn't get through to her until after I left the office. Once I got through to her, I went back up to the office, I asked her to let the office know what was going on. Patrick Gunnels was sitting in the office chatting and on his phone, while the other Gunnels guy was doing the sprays. Patrick Gunnels then looked at me and laughed with smirks and then stated, "Are we seriously still talking about this?" Like yes, yes we are. This is like the 4-5th time this has happened! So, at this point, clearly, it is SERIOUS, and no one is listening or taking it seriously. Mind you. My dead fathers belongings are in my apartment as well as my kids and my own. I had to clean up where I found my father decomposing for a week, a few years ago. What I have is all I have left. I actually CARE about my stuff, I CHRISH and take CARE of the STUFF I do have. I DON'T leave my doors unlocked EVER! I am a professional house cleaner. My CANS are legit stacked in a row. Pastas are all in a certain spot. My place is always SPOTLESS! I've even had cops walk into my apartment and say I'm VERY specific and meticulous. I surely do not leave my doors unlocked. Very rude of him, unprofessional and arrogant. Do better as a business owner, Patrick. I thought HIGHLY OF YOU UNTIL TODAY!”
