“Update 6/19/25 Stay away from this company. There are much better local company's that are honest and provide better service. They were good when they were Fahey and for a while when they became Turner, now they don't care about the customer. I had them come to give me a termite inspection because I saw one in my house. The guy that came saw the pic and said I have termites and I need to tent my house. I asked for him to look in the attic but he said no need to, I have termites and need to tent. I called Westfall and the guy came out and said there was no need to tent my place but there was one area that needed to be spot treated. He also said I could just replace the would instead of them doing the treatment. They are now my new honest pest company. I called to cancel my service and after 15 minutes on hold I was told I have a balance of $115.82. I've never been late with a payment and had already paid for June. She said it was owed from a backlog? Horrible company.”

“I own a vacation home in Sarasota where I come every three months. Originally I signed up with "Fahey! Pest and Lawn Solution" in 2018 as a Company with excellent reviews that gave me some peace of mind. In 2022, after "Fahey" changed ownership to become "Turner Pest Control", quality of service immediately went down. Every time I came to Sarasota, I saw wasp nests, ants insight of the house and on the pool deck, and spider webs in the pool cage, but their reports indicated that these problems were treated. Even after I told the technician multiple times that I had ants invasion, I did not see any improvement after the service. Finally I bought Ortho Home Defense and applied it by myself which worked much better than Turner pest control barrier. Then I received notification that Turner would raise the price again. I called to discontinue the service because it was not worth even the old price. Turner charged me for two more months after the cancellation date because the price of their single application is $140+ split to 4 months. Why did they not say that I could keep service for additional two months as I still had to pay for it anyway? The reason is they do not care about Customer experience, they only care for money. If you are thinking of getting Turner service, just google for "Pest Barrier spray" and you will see what markup Turner adds to one application. According to service report, technician applied 0.0125 Fluid Ounce of "Fendona CS" diluted in 1 gallon of water (supposed to be 1-2 oz Fendona CS per gallon of water or 0.033 - 0.066 ounce of active ingredient Alpha-cypermethrin 3%) and 1.0000 DRY OUNCE "Intice 10 perimeter bait". As I can see, technician used 3-10 times less chemicals than instructed. No wonder why their service was not preventing any pests problem. 1 oz. of Fendona CS costs $2 on Amazon and Intice 10 costs $2 per Lb. Do the math by yourself. Turner selling chemicals worth less than $4 for $150. I don’t know why I kept Turner service that long. I would never trust or recommend Turner Pest Control service to anybody. Stay away because it is the worst company in Sarasota.”
