“Switched over to this company when they got bought out by Larue pest management (which was amazing). I was under the impression they also did quarterly sprays for outdoors. Called today to update my billing info and asked why no one has came… I was told they come every 4 months instead of 3 like I had with the other company. With larue I paid $31 a month and they came EVERY 3 months and had AMAZING communication texting me the week before, sending me full reports from the tech, etc. Now I pay $39 a month, have no communication & they have only came one time this year (February). I regret my decision and told the agent today that I wanted to cancel after my annual year is up, only to be told to call next year. Fine. Also, we had small ghost ants and their stuff DID NOT WORK. We got rid of them on our own. Overall just highly disappointed in the lack of communication & the fact they can’t even come out once a quarter like my other pest control did. I don’t care if I get “free calls” or services when needed, it gave me peace of mind knowing they were coming out once a quarter. I do not recommend them for your pest control services and to the company to keep clients I HIGHLY suggest taking a note from Larue & coming 1 month sooner. That was my deciding factor in this along with the price increase for less service.”

“Please be clear on the initial fees and monthly fees when you start service. I paid over $300 for sign up fee and one residential treatment. When I called to cancel, I found out the monthly payments were actually towards $196/treatment fee. This is basic maintenance residential pest control. I found out the payment I made at start of service did not go towards treatment but rather for signing up for service with the company. When the company came out to do the first and only treatment, they came out with a box and wrong treatment plan. She was not aware that it was a basic residential indoor/outdoor treatment. Poor communication all around.”
