I found a few dead roaches after the day after he left and now more in the week since and also no other crawling insects of any kind. “I have no problems with the service given. However what I do have a problem with is scheduling. I was supposed to be serviced Saturday 5/31/25. I had been told it was between 8-12. I called about 11am to see if I could get an estimate of arrival time. I was told it had only been entered for the day. I was mildly annoyed but I understand things happen. I called again later in the afternoon and when the receptionist checked ( I talked to the same person both times—and she was very nice). She looked and told me she wasn’t sure what happened but at 11:51am the manager had changed the appointment to Monday. No one called to ask if this was ok. I rescheduled to Tuesday 6/3 as I had plans on Monday. I asked for the manager to call me on Monday. Never heard from her. I called today and inquired why this happened and the first thing she said was “ it wasn’t me”. She said she would investigate but I’m not holding my breath. I think it’s unprofessional to just randomly reschedule without notifying the customer. I had rearranged plans on Saturday to get the service done and then had to rearrange other plans for today. If I hear back I am going to see if they can give me a small discount on the service but again, not holding my breath. The tech who came out today was very nice and informative. Added after talking to 2 managers. I got an apology but that’s all. The last manager said the tech cancelled because it was raining. My service was only on the inside. The manager couldn’t answer to my satisfaction why he didn’t notify me. I’m done!! Poorly handled in my opinion.”
