“I have had Pest Express for years and was completely satisfied with the technician and service I received up until 2021. Something happened and they quit coming to service my lawn and providing pest services. I attempted to call them and no one would call me back. I left messages and the one time did talk to a person they said I was on the list for tomorrow. No one ever showed. I finally called back and left a message to not bother coming back I will find someone else to service my lawn and pest needs. Today I received a renewal for my Termite Warranty which ran out 3 years ago. I guess they are hoping I will just pay it no questions asked. I did inform them last year at this time I wasn't a customer any more. Maybe they are working better today. I do hope this helps them update their records.”
