“I have requested that Turner Pest Control extend a 24 hour notice prior to arrival. Further, Turner has not extended a set appointment date for me to anticipate and plan for interior/exterior services. When I started in 2020 with Turner the technician would text me the DAY before services. He would also send a courtesy text the morning of with a time window to expect him. Currently, I am informed at the moment the technician arrives to my home. My cameras are around the outside perimeter of the home and I do not see any footage of said service. In contrast, captured on the cameras are the mailman services, the garagemen pick up and the lawn service. For the last 2 quarters, I have NO CAMERA FOOTAGE of the services provided by Turner pest control. Turner Pest Control services I am eager to address my concerns. I have voiced this concern by phone.”
