“Wayne's bought out HomeShield. I was with HomeShield for many years. Excellent customer service. I use to have stink bugs but HomeShield took care of that and I never had an issue again until Wayne's took over the company. Wayne's has poor service and they don't call or schedule appointments. Wayne's just pops up at random. They went up on the price and didn't tell me. They never answer the phone and they like to talk using text. I miss HomeShield and my tech Carlos. Ooh that's another thing Wayne's has a different person coming to my house every quarter. Never the same tech, EVER!”

“They have taken over for a previous company who actually cared about their customers. Since Waynes has taken over I have spoke to zero people who work for them in the last year. They'll be happy to send you emails with invoices but not let you know when they are coming to your house or ask if you are having any issues. Canceling and using someone else who actually can do the job.”

“Not pleased with the responsiveness off the staff (voicemails and emails unanswered) and the effectiveness of the product. We have an issue with ants in the house and they are telling us their product (the one that they came to our house and sprayed) should have lasted 5 months, and we had ants back within 2-3 months. I understand sometimes things don't work perfectly the first time, but when we are calling and emailing without response, that is when we got pretty frustrated.”
