“I am leaving this review because they used to be preventative. After getting bought out by Waynes it went downhill. We now have a mice infestation in our Attic and having to pay $8300 to install installation to prevent and get rid of our mice problem. They came out twice over a two month span and did nothing but confirm we had mice outside from the holes near our foundation. They now have a Loyalty department that does care and I hope helps the situation.”

“We had the Sentry Con System with Waynes. - Kept raising prices every year. $335 to $400 in two years. - We have cameras around our house. Waynes "came out" to do the yearly inspection and not one camera notified me they were here. Waynes didn't knock on my door to let me know they were on my property to do the inspection, which they are supposed to do. In summary nobody came to my house and did the inspection. In the end we no longer use Waynes.”
