“I am EXTREMELY disappointed by the service. When they tented the home that we were purchasing in MAY they broke over 100 tiles on our roof. They should have repaired the roof before we moved in or shortly thereafter. We got the keys to the home June 1st. It is now almost SEPTEMBER and they finally came out a week ago (after me and the realtor calling and calling them for repair) and did HALF of the job and left. The rest of the tiles are sitting in our backyard and the roof is still not complete. This was a Saturday, they said they would call us on Monday and did not. I just called again and it is AUGUST 31st!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for termite tenting. I am beyond upset about this and get no answers besides "we are backed up" I have called about rain and the woman actually told me that they tiles were for looks and they had no impact on water damage. Do not use this company.”
