“I phoned this business. Three days in a row and several attempts the voicemail kept saying full and wouldn’t take a message. This morning I call and Peggy answered. I explained I’d like someone to come to my home and give me a quote. She then answered with, “you want what now?” So I repeated why I was calling. She ask for my address. Note: I SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH. I gave address and spelled the street name four times for her. She still couldn’t get it correct. I then went with each letter of Street H like Henry O like Ocean M like Michael until I had spelled my streets name. SHE STILL DIDNT UNDERSTAND. I hung up. Anyone that can’t even comprehend the street they need to come to probably isn’t a reliable business. Don’t even waste your time with this business!”
