“So disappointed. We've been with this company with previous owners/name since probably 2019. Since it was bought out by Lookout Pest, it has been issue after issue (not a reflection on our tech). It's a company problem. Today was it. I canceled my service. Called this morning to verify what time they would be there. I was told 8-12. Didn't show till almost 2. Waste of a day, my poor dog, and couldn't service everything because of it. We've had other issues too- bringing glue traps rather than ant baits, etc. Look elsewhere.”

Rommel has been our tech for a while now, and he's always communicative, flexible, and professional - we had to have him spray for Carpenter Bees one time and he did so easily; and one day we were scheduled and it was raining and I called at the last minute and he rescheduled for a sunny day. 5 stars.
