“I had the gold service plan with this company for about 6 months. They made two visits to sweep spiderwebs and set outside traps for rats. All was fine until I had a potential rodent in the house. When I called to request someone come out to inspect, I had three rescheduling calls. When they finally had me scheduled with a service person, I received a call from the service person saying he was not within my area, it was raining and inconvenient. I cancelled my service and am still waiting for them to pick up the bait stations they set. I’ve never experienced this kind of service from any company and I’ve never had to leave a poor review on google. There are lots of other options. I called another company and they were out to inspect for the rodent same day.”

He was so knowledgeable, so quick to answer any and all questions. The actual treatment was quick and easy. The game plan we talked about to prevent further issues was clear, and easy to manage.
