“We had termite issue on fence and called them. The technician came on time and inspected the problem area. Very honest and courteous to let us know that we don't have to worry at the moment. It's better to let the bug eat the fence than the house. Unlike others who always tried hard to sell product, when I ask if there is any prevention plan, he told me honestly that this species can only be treated when the problem happens. The so-called prevention is basically whole-house treatment for possible incidence. Unless we insist, he wouldn't recommend us to waste the money.”
