“We were only a customer of Aptive Environmental for 9 months but they did a phenomenal job taking care of us. The sales staff was honest and upfront about everything. The service technicians arrived promptly when scheduled and were professional in everything they did. We noticed a decreased number of spiders and black widows over the next few months. The technician also offered complimentary pet control traps. I called into customer support a couple of times and they did everything we needed, including sending technicians out free of charge to do additional complimentary services to help. Overall, I highly recommend Aptive Environmental if you need great quality pest control services.”
