“Jacob came to my home last week for the first quarterly service of the year. I was notified one week prior to his arrival about the upcoming service. Upon his arrival Jacob knocked on the door to let me know he was here. He asked if I was experiencing and issues, if I needed any inside attention for spiders or ants. Jacob also asked if I would like him to checkout with me before leaving. I have seen a marked decrease in the pests causing problems or concerns since Saela Pest Control began servicing my property. Jacob or one of his associates spreads a granular substance one foot in width, outward all the way around the foundation. They also use it in the yard to deter pests from approaching the house. Each time Jacob is here he uses a long pole with a brush on the end to clean under the eaves and remove any cob webs, which I see less and less. Where I live we have the large Hobo spiders and I am pleased to see less of them. I know spiders are extremely important to the environment and periodically ask the Technicians not to spray. It was important to me that Saela Pest Control uses products that do not affect the bees and other pollinators doing their job. The neighbors to the right of me and their neighbors to the right of them also use Saela; as does one of the neighbors across the culdesac. It gives us some assurance of supporting our pollinators and seeing less dead bees at my watering stations. It was difficult to call so many Pest Control services to find the right fit, however, Saela is the right one for us. K. Donaldson”

“This is absolutely ridiculous service. Multiple texts and calls are placed telling that I don’t want someone here when I am not home. They tell me they made notes on my account but my wishes aren’t being met. I am 6 months pregnant and have appointments on Fridays and they keep showing up to my house after I ask to make an appointment before stopping by with me and not just schedule at there own conscience. I feel completely harassed. To make things worse there phone service is terrible and hard to connect with anyone about issues and you can’t cancel your service without multiple fines. Never have I had so many issues with a company. Now after not being home, I get a message to rate Randy’s service when I was in an appointment and not here to see them on my property.”
