“Well from the start we had a bad experience with this terminix location. They drove in my yard and created big ruts. That was taking care of then after they would come out and spray we still would see spiders and ask them to come spray again they weren’t happy to say the least. So the last time they came without us knowing and didn’t refill our bait traps. So I called them again they weren’t happy and they came out and filled the traps. Because I told them they weren’t getting paid until they did there job. So now I’ve left about 5 or 4 messages that I have some bees hives forming on my house and they will not call me back. I wouldn’t use this company. After this quarter is done we will be finding a new company. Terrible service. I’m sure if they keep treating customers this way they will be out of business soon”

“Two years ago I spend $900 to have my home "protected" from termites after seeing some swarmers in my yard. At the time I purchased what I though were traps and a service to maintain the traps for 2 years. After 2 years I was sent a bill for $250 to keep my service going. I didn't respond and thought that I was all set. In April someone came to my door telling me that they were here to check the bait in the traps. The service person said that he would need to remove "their" traps. I ask the person to leave and that I didn't want their service anymore. After a phone call with the manger I told them they could come back when the state emergency, covid-19, was over. Be aware before signing anything that you may not be purchasing anything but a service. I found out the hard way. Save your money and buy the traps on amazon or home depot.”
